Local journalism matters more than ever. Journalists reveal hidden truths, expose wrongdoing and celebrate the best of our community. The Festival of Journalism is a chance to get to know the people reporting on the biggest stories in San Diego.

On October 14, 2022, the Festival of Journalism gave the community a chance to get to know the people reporting on the biggest stories in San Diego. Hosted on the San Diego State University campus, the event featured panel sessions on timely topics with editors and reporters, keynote speakers, and other workshops and activities. The Festival of Journalism was a collaboration between various media outlets and journalism organizations.
